We keep things simple: clean protein, transparent ingredients and no unnecessary hype. Every batch passes 7 tests at an independent lab — and we publish the results. Something you can use every day without overthinking.
Which formula should I choose?+
Formula C is the daily foundation (whey concentrate). Formula I is refined whey isolate for performance and stricter macros. Formula C Cocoa and Formula I Cocoa add real cocoa, sweetened with stevia. Formula P is our dairy-free plant protein. Compare them side-by-side on our homepage.
When should I take my protein?+
Whenever it fits your routine: after a workout, between meals or when your daily protein intake is low. Follow the serving instructions on your pack.
Can I use it daily?+
Yes, our protein formulas are intended for regular use as part of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Your needs vary with your body weight and training intensity.
Are the formulas dairy-free?+
Formula P (plant protein) is dairy-free. Our whey formulas (C and I) contain milk. Formula I is lower in lactose, but lower lactose isn’t dairy-free. Check the pack’s allergen information before use.
Where can I find the lab results?+
Enter the batch number from your pack on our Check Report page to see the exact results from all 7 tests for your specific batch.
When will my order arrive?+
We ship to the UK and the US. Add your formulas to your bag, check out securely, and you’ll receive an order confirmation by email right away. Dispatch and delivery estimates are shown at checkout; delivery dates are not guaranteed.
How do I know the protein is genuine?+
We test every batch for protein accuracy, amino acid profile, heavy metals, melamine, microbes, aflatoxins and pesticide residues — and publish the results. If a batch fails one test, we destroy the whole batch. No exceptions.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?+
Yes. If your pack arrives with a broken seal or doesn’t match the label, contact us within 7 days for a no-questions replacement or full refund. If a batch ever fails a test it’s destroyed before it reaches you.
How should I store my protein?+
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and keep the pouch sealed between uses. Use as part of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
