See where it all comes together.
Our US manufacturing partner goes above and beyond standard regulations. Every batch is traceable to the gram, tested by independent labs, and made under some of the strictest food-safety certifications in the world.
Every batch traceable to the gram
Strict internal quality control
Third-party lab validation
Certifications that actually mean something.
BRCGS Global Food Safety
One of the world’s most rigorous food-safety standards, recognised by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI). It covers hazard control, traceability and hygiene end to end.
ISO 22000
A globally recognised food-safety management system that monitors everything from raw-material sourcing to final packaging, with continuous improvement built in.
Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
Verifies that our partner facility follows strict guidelines for quality manufacturing — facilities, equipment, process control and documentation.
Informed Sport
Every sports batch is screened for banned substances on the WADA prohibited list, so athletes can trust exactly what’s in the tub.
Independent lab testing
All batch testing is done by independent labs like Eurofins — the same labs trusted by pharma and global food leaders.
SMETA (Sedex) 4-Pillar
An ethical audit covering labour, health & safety, environment and business ethics. How we make it matters as much as what we make.
What we make is exactly what’s on the label. How we make it is exactly how we say.
Every batch tested. Every result public.
Before a batch reaches you it passes 7 critical tests at an independent lab. We publish the results — enter your batch number and see for yourself.

What should we launch first?
Should we add a plant protein?
Most companies report protein content on a dry basis to show a slightly higher number.
We measure protein on a wet basis, not dry. It shows a slightly lower number — but it's the honest one.
Formula I delivers 18g of pure isolate protein per 25g scoop.
A better protein-to-carb ratio than the top brands — with natural sweeteners, no fillers.
Most brands use a 35–38g serving. We deliver 18g of pure protein in just 25g — no fillers, no added sugar.
A lighter scoop with the same quality, and better value per gram of protein.

What's in this 25g scoop? — Formula I Cocoa
Formula I Cocoa — Amino Acid Profile (per serve)
The amino acid profile can vary slightly from batch to batch. To check the results for your batch, scan the test-results QR on your pack and enter the batch number printed on it.
We test. Then we ship.
Most brands test once a year, if at all. We test every batch — and we show you the numbers.
Protein Accuracy
Measures the true nitrogen content to calculate the real total protein in every scoop.
Amino Acid Profile
Confirms the right amounts of every essential amino acid, with no significant batch-to-batch drift.
Heavy Metals Screening
Checks for lead, arsenic, cadmium and mercury.
Melamine Spiking
Confirms no melamine has been added to inflate the protein reading.
Microbial Contamination
Tests for Salmonella, E. coli and other food-poisoning bacteria.
Aflatoxins Detection
Detects harmful toxins produced by fungi that can grow on raw ingredients.
Pesticide Residues
Screens for trace pesticide residues across a broad panel.
Myths vs facts.
You need protein within 30 minutes of training or it’s wasted.
The “anabolic window” is far wider — your body keeps building muscle from a meal for many hours. Just hit your daily target.
More protein is always better.
Beyond about 1.6–2.2g per kg of body weight, extra protein is mostly oxidised rather than turned into muscle.
Whey isolate has zero lactose.
Isolate is far lower in lactose than concentrate, but “lower” isn’t “none”. Check your pack if you’re highly sensitive.
Plant protein is an incomplete protein.
Single plant sources can be lower in some amino acids, but a varied diet — or a blended formula — covers them all easily.
Heavy metals can show up in cheap protein.
Poor-quality whey or cocoa can carry lead, arsenic or mercury. That’s exactly why we test every single batch.
Your body can use more than 30g of protein in one meal.
Muscle synthesis may plateau, but the rest is still used — for enzymes, hormones, repair and general turnover.
Cooking destroys protein.
Heat can denature protein, but denatured protein is still fully usable by your body.
Collagen counts toward muscle protein.
Collagen is very low in leucine, so it barely triggers muscle synthesis on its own.
