Shipping.
We ship to the United Kingdom and the United States.
Shipping is free on orders over $31.75. For orders of $31.75 or less, a delivery charge is shown at checkout.
Use your delivery address as your billing address. Dispatch and delivery estimates are shown at checkout; delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Returns & refunds.
Due to the nature of nutritional products, unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if the seal is intact and the packaging is undamaged. We cannot accept returns of opened or used products.
To request a return, contact us with your order details and the reason for the return. We'll reply with return instructions and, where applicable, a refund to your original payment method.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Our guarantee.
We test every batch before it ships. If a batch fails one of the 7 tests, we destroy the whole batch — it never reaches you.
If your pack arrives with a broken seal, or the contents don’t match the label, contact us within 7 days for a no-questions replacement or full refund.
If a scoop doesn’t measure up to the grams on the label for your batch, send us the batch number and we’ll make it right — that’s the point of testing in public.
Terms & conditions.
By placing an order you agree to provide accurate contact and delivery details. Your order is confirmed once payment is completed at checkout and you receive an order confirmation by email.
Product information, nutritional values and pricing are provided in good faith; always refer to the packaging for the definitive information for your batch.
Food supplements are intended to supplement the diet and should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Consult a healthcare professional before use if pregnant, nursing, or under medical supervision.
Privacy policy.
We collect your name, email and delivery address only to process your order and respond to your enquiries. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Newsletter subscriptions store your email and consent; you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by contacting us.
Payment is processed securely at checkout; we do not store your card or payment details on this site.

Sustainability & packaging.
Our pouches are recyclable kraft-lined stand-up pouches, chosen to protect the product and keep material use low. Check local kerbside rules for flexible plastic.
We run small batches to reduce waste and stale stock, and keep our transport routes as short as we can.
